A central glazed gable anchors the design, drawing natural light deep into the plan and establishing a strong visual connection from the street through to the private outdoor living areas beyond.

At its heart, a generous living pavilion opens seamlessly to a sheltered timber deck, creating a true extension of the interior. Large-format sliding doors, skylights, and high-level glazing flood the space with daylight while maintaining privacy and protection from the elements. Polished concrete floors, textured finishes, and a sculptural fireplace beneath a raking ceiling create a calm, tactile interior environment.
