A Creative architectural design studio, based in the Bay of Plenty we have carried out architectural design projects throughout New Zealand.

Started in 2016 by Sam Austen, director and lead designer with more than a decade of architectural design experience, and countless projects from residential new builds, renovations, reclads, and fit out designs.
